The memorial stands in the churchyard of Christchurch in Dunkirk, near Faversham.

(The church is now closed but intact. The windows are boarded and a notice states that the church was declared redundant in 1988. The churchyard is obviously tended, and in good order)

….............

The unveiling ceremony was conducted by Mr. C. Dawes on 1st July 1919
